Management Team

Madeleine, Hospital Director


Madeleine is originally from Connecticut and is part of a large family of seven sisters. She went to college in D.C. and law school in Massachusetts. Madeleine practiced law for 13 years and then fell in love with the veterinary field. She started as a receptionist at an emergency and specialty hospital in Fairfax, VA. She moved up to the client service manager and then the hospital administrator. She moved to the Tampa Bay area and worked as Regional Hospital Administrator and is thrilled to work for Seven Oaks Pet Hospital to help it grow into one of the premier hospitals in the Tampa Bay region.

Melanie, Practice Manager


Melanie is an animal lover and advocate. She moved to Tampa 4 years ago from New York to be closer to family. She has worked in the veterinary field for over 15 years now. She is a proud fur mom of 3 rescues, 2 dogs (Chibi Fox and Prince Rukus) and 1 cat (‘Dustina’). During her spare time, she loves to travel and spend time with family.

Dyondra, Office Manager


Dyondra has dedicated her life to pursuing a career in veterinary medicine. As a child, her interest was sparked as she was able to volunteer at local animal shelters and began working as a kennel technician. After several years of gaining experience as a tech, she decided to focus on customer service and transitioned over to the veterinary receptionist world. She has been in the animal care field for 10 years and hopes to continue making a difference for you and your fur babies.

Shivana, Veterinary Technician


Shivana Sismilich has been in the Animal Welfare industry for over a decade, spending most of that time as a rescue, foster, and adoption coordinator for Pasco County Animal Services. Most recently, she completed the Animal Behaviors College’s training course and became a Certified Dog Trainer! Her favorite cases to see are pets that have been adopted. She’s had a number of fosters through her house and highly recommends it to anyone interested! Shivana loves the outdoors and spends her time off hiking, horseback riding or just working around her farm.

Nate, Lead Technician


Nate recently graduated from Saint Leo University with a bachelor’s in biology. He has been working in the veterinary field for two years. He has two dogs at home named Pepper and Benny. In his free time, he enjoys going to amusement parks with his friends.

Aeris, Veterinary Technician

Aeris, Veterinary Technician

Aeris is a prior military veterinary technician, she has been in the veterinary field for about 4 years. Aeris is the mom of a black/white American pit bull terrier named Wesley. He is a 4 and a half and is a certified psychiatric service dog. Aeris dreams of being a doctor of veterinary medicine and attending UF.

Christie, Client Care Coordinator


Christie loves animals and has one kitty named Coonie, he is 4 years old spunky Siamese/ Bengal mix. She is currently attending USF to finish her bachelor’s in biomedical science. Christie enjoys swimming and, being outdoors a lot. She loves the beach and going up north into the mountains and exploring new places.

Luke, Veterinary Assistant


Luke was born in NY but raised in Tampa, Florida since the age of 3. He has 3 pets; a retriever mix named Koda, an orange tabby named Purp, and a Russian Blue named Maui. He has been volunteering in the animal field since he was 14. Luke is a Certified Veterinary Assistant, which he earned at Tampa Bay Technical High School. He currently attends the University of South Florida, majoring in Animal Biology.

Jackie, Client Care Coordinator


Jackie was born and raised in New Jersey, but in 2005 she moved to Florida. Her passion is caring for all types of animals. Including the scaly kind! Jackie has a full house with 2 boys, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. She plans on continuing her education in the animal field by the end of this year. In the meantime, she’ll be taking care of all your furry babies.

Jenn, Client Care Coordinator


Jenn was born and raised in St. Petersburg, FL. She recently moved to Brooksville from West Palm Beach. Jenn has been in the Veterinary field for 6 years. She enjoys spending time with her Boston Terrier (Hercules), her French Bulldog (Niyah) and her 2 cats (Lil’Man and Boss). Jenn is a valued member of our team here at Seven Oaks Pet Hospital and she is looking forward to meeting you and your fur children.

Mylinh, Technician


Mylinh graduated from the University of South Florida in 2018 with a degree in animal biology. She is very passionate about veterinary medicine and plans to continue working with animals in the future. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, going to concerts, watching hockey and cuddling with her two rescue cats, Mochi and Potm!

Kristen, Veterinary Technician


Kristen has been working with animals since 2012, but began her journey in the veterinary field in 2015. Her favorite part of the job is being able to have close interactions with animals on a daily basis. She currently lives in Brooksville with her 3 cats and an Australian shepherd. In her spare time, she enjoys playing video games and spending time with friends and family.

Kyrsten, Client Care Coordinator


Kyrsten is happy to have recently joined our team. She enjoys working in the animal care industry. She actually owns a farm! She has pigs, goats, ducks, chickens, and dogs. She owns a pitbull rescue called, “Good Ole Boy Kennell”. Kyrsten graduated high school with a certification in veterinary assisting. After she gains more experience, she plans to attend college to become a veterinary technician. Come on by and introduce your cuddly fur children to Kyrsten. She cannot wait to meet them.

Haley, Groomer and Veterinary Technician Assistant

Haley, Groomer and Veterinary Technician Assistant

Haley is the most upbeat young woman you will ever meet! Her passion is and always will be her love for animals and people. She has loved animals since she was a little girl, her favorite shows are any of the ones you’d find on the Animal Planet channel, Steve Irwin is her childhood hero, and still one of her greatest influences to this day. She has been in the animal industry from the age of nineteen up until now, starting off as a kennel technician and eventually working my way into grooming and vet tech assistant. Haley has been grooming now for four years, and have spent a lot of time perfecting her skills. She has experience grooming all kinds of breeds of dogs, and in all kinds of styles, some of her favorite grooms have been the most difficult, she is passionate about anything that challenges her creative side. When not grooming you can find her working as a vet assistant in the hospital, volunteering for Heidi’s Legacy Dog Rescue, or curled up in bed working on school work with my dog Rosie. Haley’s long term goals include opening a pet shelter and starting her own animal services business in hopes that we can provide a better quality of life for pets and animals all around.

Manami, Certified Veterinary Assistant

Manami, Certified Veterinary Assistant

Manami was born in Japan and moved to Tampa when she was 9 years old. She is a Certified Veterinary Assistant which was earned from Riverview high school. Manami is currently attending the University of South Florida, majoring in biomedical science with a minor in nutrition. She plans to pursue her career in veterinary medicine to become a Veterinarian in the future. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with my friends and trying new things.

Abigail, Veterinary Technician

Abigail, Veterinary Technician

Abby was born & raised in Miami, Florida but relocated to Tampa in May of 2019. Abby entered the field of Veterinary Medicine in 2014 when she discovered her passion for working with animals as a volunteer. She has excelled through each role in a veterinary hospital setting as a receptionist, technician, ultimately leading her into veterinary management. Abby earned her Associate of Arts degree in Biological Sciences from Miami-Dade College and is currently working on her CVT license from St. Petersburg College and her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology through Florida International University. 

She is a fur-mom to Pepper, an 8-year-old Dachshund mix, and Milo and Oliver, two orange tabbies. During her time off when she isn’t working or studying, Abby enjoys traveling with her friends and family to new cities and countries, relaxing at the beach with a book in hand, and exploring new restaurants. Abby is ready to care for you and your fur-babies.

Bonnie, Groomer


Bonnie was born and raised in Virginia. She moved to Florida and went to grooming school and has been grooming for 22+ years. She lives in Wesley Chapel with her husband and 2 poodles. Bonnie first discovered that she’d like to become a groomer after owning her first poodle. Having a great love for poodles, Bonnie has owned 6 poodles. She loves making each pet look and feels better.
